Yes i know the perfect stuff for you. Go on kivellibaby.com and im me for the username and password. You will love their stuff. He’s a good friend of mine. The Lullabelly Prenatal Music Belt (lullabelly.com) is a truley unique and practical gift. Playing music to a baby in the womb is fun, educational for the baby, and creates a wonderful bonding experience between the mother and baby. It’s certainly a special gift that your sister won’t already have.

I just had a baby and can tell you my favorite gifts and what I’ve done before,
)
- diapers and wipes (all different sizes) are always a winner and you know they’ll be appreciated and get used
- try not to get clothes as cute as they can be, that’s what EVERYONE does, if you do though get bigger sizes like 9-12 months
- I once filled a baby bath tub with all bath items like the soaps and lotions a little robe, a pack of diapers and a towel, she loved it
- for the more creative side you could do something personal and get a hold of the ultrasound photo, make a copy then put it in a frame that you either paint or whatever with special sayings. My sis in law did this and I love it! You could also start a scrapbook for her?
- some people think its not personal enough, but you can never go wrong with gift certificates! They can get something they wanted, but didn’t receive
I hope these helped some! Good luck!
Why not make something both practical and decorative. Gift baskets full of shampoo, bath soaps, powder, bottles, pacifiers, ect. You get the idea. You can decorate it with blue or pink (whichever sex) ribbon and bows. The dollar stores also have nice decorations you can add to it (a few of our have a large arts and craft section). Try lining the basket with a baby blanket instead of tissue paper, The one I made came out pretty cute and stuffed.
or
Make a diaper cake. She’ll be able to use the diapers and other items used to decorate it and make a beautiful centerpiece for the table. Here’s a website to show you how to do it. http://www.plan-the-perfect-baby-shower.…
Good luck! You can always stock her up on diapers and wipes.
The last time I had to buy a baby gift for someone other than my own baby was for a girl on my highschool track team that got pregnant…
What’s the price range and maybe we can throw out a few suggestions? But you can always look into something that’s personalized: engraved silver spoon, poems that use the child’s name, personalized Bible (if that’s their thing,) etc. All else fails…gift cards are ALWAYS practical.
diapers!!!!!! i would probably buy size 1. you cannot get enough diapers! my favorite gift that i recieved was a diaper cake, those can be pricey, unless you make it yourself. also i got tons and tons and tons of clothes….look at her registry. also i got an awesome gift it was a bathtub with goodies all inside like baby soap a rubber ducky, diapers, baby lotion, pacifiers, towels wash cloths. i loved that gift too!
Well you can always go with clothes- 3-6 mos or even 6+.
Clothes are always welcomed!! Newborns go really fast and people tend to buy very small clothes as gifts and once the baby is no longer a newborn you’re stuck with no clothes!
Also a nice and soft stuffed animal could be nice as well.
But then again she might have gotten lots… if you dont mind saying what your price range is… I might be able to help you out
Is she planning on breastfeeding? If she is, I would suggest a Boppy nursing pillow or any other brand of nursing pillow. Generally, they’re reasonably priced and they’re an amazingly helpful item for a breastfeeding mother.
have the baby name printed on a nice blanket. or if you don’t like that idea just buy some diapers and call it a day
