Do something unique… Standard “baby supplies” can be bought by anyone. Try buying some mommy & me classes, or other ways the parents can spend alone-time with the baby. Or just wait until after the shower and get her all the odds and ends things she didn’t get yet.
Get her a subscription to a cleaning service for the first few weeks when she is going to be the most tired. Or get her a diaper service, where they deliver the diapers to the house. If someone did this for me when I had my son I would of loved them for eternity. Hope that this helps.
