What Are Some Baby Shower Gift Ideas For Girl?

I am going to my husbands Aunt’s baby shower (she is really young though only a few years older than my husband). She has a baby boy and is pregnant with number 2 which is a girl. She says she has everything already and to just get her gift cards, but I don’t like giving just gifts cards and want to get her something small and cute to go along with the gift card. Any ideas?
Any input in appreciated, thanks in advance evertone

maybe some kinda of cute frilly name plate with the babies name on it or a gift certificate to some type of photo studio so that they can get family portraits. you can never have to many photos of cute little babies lol
    good luck

Every mother gets overwhelmed with cute onesies and little cute toys, etc. Those are all nice and cute, and everyone likes to “ah” at them… But what moms really need are diapers, wipes, baby wash/shampoo, lotions, powder, butt cream, infant’s tylenol, etc.
Get a cute basket (that can be reused for storage) and fill it up with the ESSENTIALS. Because while they don’t make people ooh and ahh…those are the gifts the mommies really appreciate!!

if she already has a child then she probably does have pretty much everything she needs if she saved a lot of it. I would go with the gift card as she requested and put some pretty little girl clothes with it. If she already has a boy I can guarantee she doesn’t have girl clothes. =)

If your going to get clothes make sure their bigger than newborn and 0-3 months. Receiving blankets, bath stuff, one of those kits that have the booger sucker thermometer brush nail clipper, diapers are always nice to have, books, SOCKS, toys.

For someone who has mostly every thing, I would say a super cute outfit! Girls are SO fun to buy for! I would get her a 3-6 months or older size though. Newborns grow quickly and don’t really need much more than a onesie most of the time.

how about something to pamper mom – if she already has a kid she improbably has all the baby stuff she needs and has been last on her list of priorities for some time already – a voucher to have her hair or nails done or better yet a massage or facial.

If you’re looking for something new and unique, get her a Lullabelly Prenatal Music Belt (www.lullabelly.com). If she likes music, she’ll love playing music to her baby in the womb. She can also listen along to the music, so it’s a wonderful bonding experience as well. Playing music to a baby in the womb is fun, and educational for the baby. Playing the same music after birth also helps with the baby’s sleeping habits.
