Is It Ok To Give A Baby Gift Which Is More For The Mother In 7th Month?
I am an artist and have created an appropriate art piece as a baby gift for someone at work. I am wanting to give it once it is complete but she is only in her 7th month of pregnancy. I am not an official part of the staff and only work on an occasional basis so won’t be part of the staff gift giving pool. Will I look impatient if I give the gift this month?

Not at all! My coworkers threw a shower for me waaay earlier b/c they had 3 showers to give and I was the last one. I didn’t care that it was early- I just loved that everyone thought of me.
A piece of art would be SUCH a unique and thoughtful gift to give. I think your explanation, that you’re not there that often, is plenty. Your coworkers will be understanding.
No! It is great, when I got pregnant, I was getting gifts at all different times and my baby shower wasn’t until after the baby was born! If anything it will get the mother pumped for her baby and she can check somthing off her list!

It’s ok to give a gift for the mother, and I don’t see anything wrong with giving to her early. I think she’ll be ecstatic!
