I Want To Set Up A Business Of Selling Baby Gift Pack, Do I Need To Register?

i live in INDIA. i want to start my own business of baby gift set . do i need to register ? i would probably advertise be printing posters and displaying in baby shops or pediatric clinics or children hospital.
what all do i need to do before i start selling?
please need help and guidance

    yes its mandatory you need to register. meet a good auditor he should be able to help you.

    yes u have to register with Indian gov.u should become a gov.recognise origination.
