Baby Gift Ideas…? Please Answer, Thanks =]?
Our teacher is pregnant and our class will buy her gifts for her baby
What are some nice ideas on what to get her?

by the way, we thought of going shopping for her ( it’s a girl! )during the week-end, till now i thought of a toy, clothes, maybe a gold bracelet/necklace or earring.
You have some brilliant ideas already! I particularly like the idea that other people have suggested about giving her a certificate to have a pedicure done or something similar, or some jewellery or something like that – so many people will buy her things for the baby that personally I think it’d be nice for her to have something that’s just for her.

Speaking as a 9 month pregnant woman, the best gifts I recently got were a pedicure gift card to a really nice place that also massages your legs. I haven’t been able to find my ankles under all of this fluid for about 2 months, every now and then i catch glimpses of them in the morning, but not really. The other really nice thing I have gotten has been fluffy blankets. Everyone got me cute outfits, and shoes, and onesies, but the blankets are really cool because I know i will use them on the floor at people houses, or on the couch (until she can move and role that is), and in general just to hold the baby in.
why don’t you buy the mom to be some special washing detergent especially for baby’s clothes? or a big pack of size 2 diapers, or baby wipes? I know you think this sounds silly, but honestly, there really useful money saving gifts! If that’s not your style then you could get the mom to be some special pregnancy body lotion, and the baby some special bath products? There are many pregnancy books or newborn books? maybe even a baby scrap book for memories, a nice photo frame?
Whatever you get im sure she will be very happy.

I would get her a pedicure for her and a little baby keepsake. That way she can remember what her special class gave her for her 1st baby.
I recommend a beaded baby spoon that can be kept as a keepsake forever. They are darling in pink and always a huge surprise and Mom’s love them.
They are great priced and she will LOVE it! they come in a cute little pink package and you could tie the certificate to it!!
OOOH! I know she has probably been unable to reach her feet for a while.. i love giving pedicures to people who are pg. (you can get a certificate, and then a cute outfit for the baby to go with it)
Nappy cakes are brilliant gift they have nappy’s (diapers) in and clothers and toys
My sister does them but we live in UK but other people do them in usa 
id would get her something for herself.. maybe like a dinner for her and her husband if she is married
