What Is An Appropriate Gift For The Third Baby Boy In A Family?

My friend was hoping for a girl this time, and about 5 months into her pregnancy she began to think that she didn’t want a third child. So this little fellow is in a pretty tough position. I don’t think she should have gotten pregnant a third time, but I do want to celebrate the life of this child. I am also planning to bring a meal over when I bring the gift.
