I saw it on a tv show and it was cool. The wheels where baby shampoo wrapped in receiving blankets. I don’t know what else though. I can’t find it online and that’s where I saw it. Any help would be great. Thanks!

My little girl is turning 1 on saturday and I am out of ideas on what to buy her. She is the first granddaughter on both sides of the family so she was spoiled on christmas. I want to get her something that is educational as well as fun. Any ideas?

I ordered a baby gift online for an estranged friend. We had a blow up over something so dumb a year and a half ago. I have spoke to her briefly since, but we are not friends anymore. Her husband was deployed with my husband (they are friends) but recently got sent home early because she is about to have the baby. Anyways, when I had my second daughter, she threw a baby shower for me, so even though we aren’t friends anymore I wanted to send a little gift. I just ordered a little layette from Walmart… nothing big. Do you think it was a nice gesture or was it wrong to do?

The best shower gift is the “Bumbo seat”. It’s a little molded seat that allows babies from 4 mos and up to sit up by themselves. I think that has been the greatest baby invention ever made!!
It was so easy to have our baby sit up at playdates to see the other babies, or sit up in the kitchen and watch me cook, etc. You can order it on-line, but they also started selling them at baby chain stores.

My friends just had a baby that live in Jamaica. We would like to send them some type of gift. Is there a store near Westmoreland Parish that we would be able to purchase gift cert at? Or If we send them a check, can they cash it without a bank account in Jamaica? Any ideas? We know they need the help, and would greatly appreciate it.

Get a Baby Bathtub and fill with all bath supplies for both baby and the new Mom. Also, you could get a bank in the theme of the nursery and start a savings account for the baby, tie the bank book around the bank for the new parents and baby. You can also use a baby blanket to wrap up your shower gift.

My husband and I are going to a diaper party for our friends who are having a baby next month. The soon to be mom is having a shower of her own where she will receive gifts so she decided to throw this for her boyfriend since his birthday is coming up soon. Anyways its a keg/diaper party, where the price for the keg is a pack of diapers. I don’t drink beer so I technically don’t have to bring diapers ( my husband will) so I want to bring something for the soon to be mom that she can enjoy after she has the baby. Any suggestions?

she wants to be surprised about te sex of the child. most people give yellows and minty greens and i don’t care for those colors. i told her mom i’d give a gift card so she can get what she wants, but her mom says no because she may not use it. i don’t mind but have no idea as to what color choices are unisex? everything esle is coverd and my pick was baby clothes. plz heeelllppp!

I was thinking about getting my friend this picture frame. Its white, and on the top part it says “Ten perfect fingers and ten perfect toes fills our heart with love that overflows” and then on the left and right it says like his birthdate time and weight and what not, and then the bottom has his whole name. Is that a good gift?

My sister is due to have a newborn baby boy pretty soon and I want to get them a nice gift, but not the average gift of clothes or toys. The newborn already has all the clothes, teething rings, diapers, etc. from his older brother when he was a baby and from the shower. So I want to get something more memorable, unique for the newborn baby boy.
