What Is A Great “sentimental” Baby Shower Gift For A Best Friend?

My best friend MADE my twins a crocheted blanket & scrapbooks for each of them. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to do that, but I’d still like to get her something a little more “sentimental” or “personal” (my sister & I already bought her a swing).
