My boss is a scientist, and I thought about getting a nerdy bib for his daughter but the shipping takes way too long. I think it is appropriate to spend <$25 on this gift. She is the first child, so they probably have already been given everything under the sun. Any ideas? I have a good, casual relationship with my boss (i.e. we joke around and stuff), and I've met his wife several times. Both have a great sense of humor.

I’m going to Vancouver in December to see my boyfriend for Christmas. He shares an apartment with a friend / Co-woker, his wife, and their two children. They are expecting their third child.
To show them how much I appreciate them to let me stay there, I want to do something for them for Christmas. I’ve finally decided on a coupon, to let them pick a night to go out and we watch the kids.

My cousin is expecting twins, him and his wife have decided to wait until the birth in order to find out the sex. I would like to purchase something that was a necessary for new parents one example I was given was to purchase the sitting fee for pictures. Okay so my good friend is expecting a baby girl soon , iv decided im gonna make my own gift basket for her, i already bought the essentials to put in like nappies, baby shampoo , dummy etc but i want to make it really original with a personal touch any ideas? One of my closest friends is having a baby (sex unknown) and we are holding a baby shower for her. Iwant to buy a gift for either the baby or the parents that is different and original. I have already bought a book that meant something to me as a child for the baby’s library I’ll spend up to £50.Any ideas????
