What Would You Do If You Sent A Gift To A Friend For Her Baby & Never Heard Back?

I mailed a baby gift to a friend who lives in another state just before Christmas,after receiving an announcement of the baby’s birth.She & I were close before she moved but since the move we have only corresponded by mail.
