now a days economy is so hard, so what kind of gift that is cheap but it can be use all the time when the baby will born?

My daughter made me a grand mother today. I have been pondering getting her/them something very special. I would like some suggestions from all of you parents and grand parents out there. What is the best gift you have ever received in helping you with a brand new baby girl.
